PACA Cheerleading is divided into two divisions: REC & COMP
ELITE REC SQUADS: Fun-focused based Cheerleading Classes.
Athletes typical training consists of: Cheer routines, cheer technique, dance, basic stunt prep, body strengthening
& sports character development through teamwork.
ALL STARS COMP SQUADS: Competitive Cheerleading Squads.
Athletes are required to give full dedication and 100% commitment to weekly practice; choreography, prep, body conditioning, stunts, tumbling, strength / flexibility training & events, performances & competitions.
Great for working in teams, skill progression, building stamina, strength, making friends, competing & performing across the UK.
