Cheerleading is split into two divisions:
ELITE REC SQUADS: Fun-focused based Cheerleading Squads.
Athletes training consists of: Cheer routines, cheer technique, dance, basic stunt prep, body strengthening
& sports character development through teamwork.
ALLSTARS COMP SQUADS: Competitive Cheerleading.
Athletes are required to give full dedication and 100% commitment to weekly practice, choreography, prep, body conditioning, stunts, tumbling, strength / flexibility training & events, performances & competitions.
Great for working in teams, skill progression, building stamina, strength, making friends, competing & performing across the UK.
