Athletes typical training consists of: Cheer routines, cheer technique, dance, basic stunt prep, body strengthening
& sports character development through teamwork.
Competitive Cheerleading Squads.
Athletes are required to commit fully and dedicate 100% efforts into weekly practice: Cheer technique, Dance choreography, prep, body conditioning, stunts, tumbling, strength / flexibility training & events, performances & competitions.
