Classes are safe, energetic and low impact. Each student has their own trampoline to use whilst they build on their physical skills and fitness levels along to an upbeat music playlist.

FITTY - SPORT
Fitty Sport classes are great for pushing athletes to exceed their PB and progress in sport specific categories.
Children are coached to push through their current sports related fitness levels and challenge themselves
in reaching TEAM sport goals, increasing personal fitness, endurance, flexibility, strength and overall performance.
Fitty Sport classes range from: Stretch n' Flex / Body Conditioning / Push Endurance / PB challenges.
