We offer daily classes and term time programs. 

 

Weekly classes are available to book online, directly via our Timetable.

Programs require a minimum commitment (12 weeks) and are paid in advance

(Our term time programs run concurrent with school term times)

C H E E R L E A D I N G

PACA Cheerleading is divided into two divisions: RECREATIONAL & COMPETITIVE.

RECREATIONAL  SQUADS: 
​Fun-based Cheerleading Classes & Programs.


Athletes typical training consists of: Cheerleading routines, cheer technique, dance, basic stunt prep, body strengthening & sports character development through teamwork.
 

COMPETITIVE SQUADS: 

Competitive Cheerleading Programs.​

Athletes are required to commit fully and dedicate 100% efforts into weekly practice: Cheer technique, Dance choreography, prep, body conditioning, stunts, tumbling, strength / flexibility training & events, performances & competitions.

Great for working in teams, skill progression, building stamina, strength, making friends, competing & performing across the UK.

F I T N E S S 

GYMNASTICS 

Gymnastics is ​excellent for athletes wishing to learn the gymnastics foundations, skills, correct technique, posture, strength and strong body alignment - important for many sport & performing arts disciplines.

 

FITTY - BOUNCE 
Fitty Bounce trampolining classes are great for athletes who wish to try something NEW and different!
Classes are safe, energetic and low impact. Each athlete has their own mini trampoline to use, whilst they build their physical skills and fitness levels, along to an upbeat music playlist. 
Great for socialising, cardiovascular system training, lymphatic draining and low impact exercise.


FITNESS CLASSES
We offer a variety of Fitness classes designed to bring 'fitness' to young people in fun, engaging and inclusive methods. Great for physical activity and progression in active lifestyles.
Children are encouraged to work in teams and independently to challenge their personal fitness levels.
Fitty Classes classes range from: Fitness Games & Drills, Fitty Boxing, Fitty Stretch & Flex & more...


FITTY - SPORT (Programs Only)
Fitty Sport classes are great for pushing athletes to exceed their PB and progress in sport specific categories. 
Children are coached to push through their current sports related fitness levels and challenge themselves
in reaching team specific sport goals, increasing personal fitness, endurance, flexibility, strength and overall performance.
