PACA offers a range of weekly classes and term time programs: After school, Evenings & Holiday Camps
within Performing Arts & Fitness: Dance, Cheerleading & Fitness.
Dance classes include Movement, Technique, Rhythm and are Fun.
Cheerleading classes comprise of how to Stunt, Cheer, Tumble, Jump and Dance.
Fitness classes are developed with the athlete in mind, Offering Flexibility, Stamina & endurance, sports-specific training and Gymnastics.
ALL levels of ability and experiences are welcome different age groups, from 7 – 16.
